Badger Bay is a privately owned company located in the heart of the Fox Valley.  Our operations follow the best professional standards developed by the International Association of Association Management Companies, and the accreditation standards established by the American Society of Association Executives.

We want you to make our office your office.  The office is open to all members, and is easily accessible to members traveling to the office from anywhere in the state.  The location also includes ample parking and a conference room.  Interested members are welcome to use available office space when they are on the road.  Limited storage is available on-site, with additional storage at an off-site location.

Our voice and data systems provide another added advantage to your association.  We use a voice over internet protocol (VOIP), supported by two dedicated TI lines, operating on a Cisco systems platform.  In addition, all our electronic files and programs are accessed through a secure off-site server, and backed up on a daily basis.  Together, this technology provides enough capacity and redundancy to support all of Badger Bay’s client voice and data needs - and provides immediate back-up support in case of an emergency.
